Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and The Access Studio ("we", "us"), a London-based model development agency with an in-house studio. By applying, creating an account or paying for a development package you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

You must be 16 or older to apply. Applicants aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or guardian, who will be asked to countersign before any shoot or paid package begins.

• Free Access: representation by The Access Studio, basic professional digitals for your comp card, and invitations to selected shoots and events. No payment required; offered at our discretion.
• Access Start (£150, one-off, lifetime access): the core Access Development programme, your Access Profile, the Model Guide and Casting Kit, portfolio guidance, studio session access as included in the package, access to the curated casting board in your portal (a rotating selection of opportunities refreshed every 10 days; the number shown varies and is not a guaranteed monthly quota), and a Certificate of Model Development on completion where applicable.
• Access Development (£300, one-off, lifetime access): everything in Access Start plus the full development programme, runway and casting development, a reviewed Access Profile, full portfolio direction strategy, priority handling of your casting applications, priority and unlimited studio sessions, selected Access Events, and a dedicated point of contact.
• Access Talent: a progression pathway by selection only. It cannot be purchased, and an invitation is never guaranteed.

Paid packages are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew or expire. Representation through The Access Studio is non-exclusive unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We provide development, studio time, materials and access to opportunities as described in your package. Access to opportunities does not guarantee selection, booking or employment. Opportunities depend on individual briefs, client requirements, availability and suitability. We do not guarantee any specific number of castings, brand bookings, agency signings or income.

Development packages are a single one-off payment in GBP, processed by Stripe. Access starts on the date payment clears (your "start date"). Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Sessions are booked through the member portal subject to availability. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule; no-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the session. You must follow reasonable instructions from our team and photographer on site, and behave respectfully to staff and other members.

Don't use the service to harass others, misrepresent yourself, attempt to access other members' accounts, scrape our roster, or breach UK law. We can suspend or terminate access (without refund beyond the cooling-off period) for serious breaches.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost earnings or lost opportunities).

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active members at least 14 days in advance. If you don't accept the change you can cancel and (if the change materially reduces what you paid for) request a fair partial refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard by the courts of England and Wales.
