The Access Studio is a London model development agency. We take new faces from their very first shoot through to being industry ready - portfolio test shoots, studio days, posing and runway training, and a full step-by-step industry roadmap.
Our ambassadors are the people who find them. Introduce a new face who goes on to enrol on one of our development programmes, and you earn a commission on every single one.
What you earn
Paid per new face
who enrols.
Commission is a flat cash amount per model, not a percentage, so you always know exactly what you're earning. Rates depend on which development programme your introduction joins, and whether they joined on a promotion.
Consistent ambassadors are welcome to talk to us directly about a higher rate. Payment is by UK bank transfer once your introduction has enrolled and paid.

How it works

Spot the face
A friend, a follower, someone you shoot with, a face you notice at university or on a night out. If they want to develop in modelling, they are a fit.

Share your link
You get a unique ambassador link and code. Anyone who applies through it is permanently tagged to you, even if they come back days later.

We review them
Our team reads every application personally and speaks to the ones we want to develop. No spray-and-pray, quality introductions only.

You get paid
Once your introduction enrols on a development programme, your commission is logged in your dashboard and paid by bank transfer.

How we expect you to scout
Be honest
Never promise anyone an agency contract, paid work or a guaranteed career. Tell them exactly what this is: a London model development agency reviewing new faces for its programmes.
Always disclose
UK advertising rules require you to say when you earn from a referral. Add #AccessAmbassador to any story or post, and tell people directly in a DM that you're an ambassador.
Quality over volume
You're paid on people who actually enrol, not on clicks. Five genuine introductions beat fifty copy-paste messages, and our team will always tell you what we're looking for.
