Our Position
We develop people into working models — then give them a route to the opportunities that suit them.
The Access Studio was built out of a simple observation: most people never get a fair look at this industry, and the ones who do are rarely taught how it actually works.
We are not an agency. We are a London model development studio. Members train with us, shoot with us, and leave with the materials the industry expects — an Access Profile, a portfolio, digitals, a Model Guide and a Casting Kit.
Development runs across five branches: Access Development for training, Access Creative for imagery, Access Events for real industry experience, Access Castings for opportunities, and Access Talent for members who progress furthest.

How The Access Studio Works
At The Access Studio, we believe modelling opportunities should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, experience, age, size, or social media following.
The modelling industry is often surrounded by myths, misconceptions, and expensive barriers that prevent talented individuals from getting started. Many aspiring models are told they need agency representation, expensive portfolios, or industry connections before they can pursue opportunities. We believe that's simply not true.
Our goal is to provide a clear, affordable, and supportive pathway for individuals looking to develop their confidence, build professional content, and take their first steps into the industry.

Submit your application through our website so we can learn more about you and your goals.
Step 2
Initial Review
Our team reviews every application individually and identifies applicants who we believe could benefit from our development programmes.
Step 3
Studio Experience
Selected applicants attend a professional studio session where they work with photographers, creatives, and industry professionals to create high-quality content.
Step 4
Portfolio Development
Models receive professional images that can be used for social media, personal branding, portfolio building, castings, and future opportunities.
Step 5
Ongoing Development
Many of our models continue working with us through future shoots, networking opportunities, industry events, fashion weeks, brand collaborations, and ambassador programmes.
